Chef Luca Binaschi grew up on the shores of beautiful Lake Como, known worldwide for its magnificent landscape.
He gained experience in prestigious French establishments such as the two-starred restaurant Château de la Chèvre d'Or in Eze with Chef Arnaud Faye, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Luca also trained with Chef Pierre Gagnaire in Courchevel. He has acquired the precision and the requirements of a starred table.
